Our hotel experience was overall enjoyable! One of the best aspects of our stay was the stunning lake view we had from our room's balcony. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the hotel's spa facilities, which included a sauna and hot tub.
We needed an extra bed for our child and had requested it multiple times before our arrival, but it was not provided. This led to some confusion and extra charges during check-out, which could have been handled better.

The room had a beautiful view of the lake and was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, perfectly positioned for exploring the city, and the staff was courteous and helpful.
Our request for an extra bed was not honored, which resulted in an unexpected additional charge. , the reservation confirmation did not accurately reflect the room we had booked, causing confusion and frustration during check-out.

Perfect location on the Worthersee, beautiful hotel, air conditioning, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the dock, boardwalk for evening walks.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel has a great location next to the lake and provides a nice view from some of the rooms. the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities and are spacious enough for comfortable living. Guests can enjoy facilities such as a balcony or terrace overlooking the lake and a set of gels, shampoos, and towels in their room.
Some guests may experience poor customer service, including misleading room descriptions and unresponsive staff.
